The delivery driver was excellent. We unexpectedly had road works outside the house due to a lorry driving into our house. He had difficulty parking and called me by telephone to discuss. Having driven to another delivery nearby, he then re-attended my property and ensured that I had my oil delivery. Excellent service!!

The delivery was early, so my tank could not take all the order, no problem, I had paid by debit card, the moneys owed to me were returned to my account within days.
